Bubba Brizendine has been in the jan-san business since 1992, when he graduated from James Madison University and walked into an industry most people never think about until something goes wrong.

Three decades later, he knows it as well as anyone. His focus has been state and federal government customers, a corner of the business with its own rules, its own timelines, and very little room for error. He joined American Sanitary Products in 2007 as Vice President and part owner, sold his shares to the current ownership in 2020, and stayed on to run day to day operations as General Manager.

Staying was the tell. Bubba spent his career building relationships that outlast contracts, and he took the same approach to the company itself. What customers get from him is consistent: straight answers, service that shows up, and someone who knows the catalog well enough to find what they actually need instead of what's easiest to sell.
