Charles D. Brown is President and Chief Executive Officer of American Sanitary Products, Inc., founded in 1991, and Impact Delivery Solutions, founded in 2005. He leads both companies from Phoenix, Arizona.

His career spans government and international business development, workforce solutions, supply chain operations, and medical product distribution, with particular depth in federal contracting programs and Small Business Administration compliance. That combination lets him work fluently on both sides of a federal contract, understanding what agencies are required to ask for and what it actually takes to deliver it.

Before Impact, Brown founded Single Source Renewables, Exodus International Sourcing, and Johnson Logistics. Earlier in his career he held leadership roles at Physiotherapy Associates, a Stryker Medical company, where he managed regional recruiting and staffing initiatives supporting more than 200 clinics nationwide.

Brown is a U.S. Army Service Disabled Veteran with more than 15 years of service and multiple deployments. He served in leadership roles with the 75th Field Artillery Brigade, the 41st Field Artillery Brigade in Babenhausen, Germany, and XVIII Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and later as Recruiting Station Commander in Phoenix, Arizona. The habits he built in uniform still shape how he runs both businesses: preparation, accountability, and looking after the people who depend on you.

He serves on the board of directors of the Valleywise Health Foundation and previously served on the advisory board of the ACC Industry Executive Council.

Brown holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in finance and marketing.
