Joe Sutton joined the American Sanitary Products sales team in January 2008 and has spent nearly two decades on the part of the business customers never think about until it matters.

His work sits where janitorial commodity contracts actually get delivered, coordinating across logistics, health, and safety so that what was promised in the contract is what shows up on the dock. He has also made Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance his particular focus, which in federal contracting is the difference between a clean award and a problem that takes months to unwind. Plenty of vendors can quote a price. Fewer bring someone who knows the regulation cold and treats a customer service request as something to close out rather than log.

The theme with Joe is consistency. He has been doing this for the same company since 2008, and the agencies he supports have come to count on that.

Outside of work, Joe is a dedicated husband and a father of three. The family spends its time gardening, making crafts, and playing sports.
