Royal Clayton leads transportation for Impact Diversity Solutions, bringing close to two decades in freight, operations, and logistics to the role.

He spent more than 15 years at UPS, rising into management and learning the discipline of a company where a few minutes of delay multiply across an entire network. From there he became Regional Director for the West at Lazer Logistics, running operations across the region out of Phoenix, before joining Impact in 2025.
